Wanted: Suspect for Residential Burglary Pattern in the 12th and 18th Districts

The Southwest Detective Division is investigating a pattern of residential burglaries committed by the same offender within the Southwest Police Division.

Incident #1:
DC 25-18-052892 SWDD

On September 27, 2025, at 3:30pm, an unknown person entered a propery on the 8xx block of S Alden Street through the front window and stealing electronics and clothes.

  • Suspect Description: Black male, medium build, light complexion, chin length dreadlocks wearing a light skull cap, light colored pullover hoodie with a logo on front and a large backpack.

Incident #2:
DC# 25-12-092033

On October 14, 2025, at 11:05 AM, between 5:00 and 8:00 AM, an unknown person entered a property on the 9xx block of S. Conestoga Street and stole the complainant’s wallet and various items, valued at $ 1,700.

Three Men Arrested for Child Sexual Abuse Material

Camden County, NJ – Three Camden County men were arrested last month for crimes related tochild sexual abuse material (CSAM), reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.

Investigations conducted by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, including task force officers from the Gloucester Township Police Department, Cherry Hill Police Department, Camden County Sheriff’s Office, and U.S. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) – Cherry Hill, in collaboration with the Pennsauken Police Department and Pine Hill Police Department, led to the following defendants being arrested in October 2025:

·       Paul Braunstein, 30, of Cherry Hill

·       Jaiden Wilson, 19, of Pennsauken

·       Ulrich Markiewicz, 22, of Pine Hill

Lindenwold Man Charged with Murder in Delayed Homicide

Lindenwold, NJ – A Lindenwold man has been arrested and charged for a delayed homicide following a June 2025 assault that resulted in the death of another man two months later, announced Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Lindenwold Police Chief Michael McCarthy Jr. Wilmer A. Velasquez-Orellans, 37, is charged with first-degree Murder in the death of 42-yearold Alvaro I. Reyes-Rizo of Lindenwold. On June 13, 2025, at approximately 4:58 a.m., officers from the Lindenwold Police Department were dispatched to the Pinewood Estates apartment complex on the 500 block of East Gibbsoboro Road in Lindenwold for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from an injury to the head. He was transported to Cooper University Hospital for treatment. During the investigation, detectives obtained surveillance video that captured a suspect – later determined to be Velasquez-Orellans – striking the victim in the head with a club-like weapon during a physical altercation.

Wanted: Suspects for Robbery in the 3rd District [VIDEO]

On November 9,2025 at approximately 1:25 AM, the victim was making a pizza delivery in the 1200 block of Wharton Street. While looking for the address, suspect #1 approached and stated that the pizza was hers. As suspect #1 took the pizza, suspect #2 pulled out a gun, pointed it at the victim and said, “Give up the food!” Both suspects then ran East on Wharton Street with the pizza.

Detectives Investigating Homicide in Camden

Camden, NJ – Detectives are investigating a shooting that killed a man in Camden this morning, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

On Thursday, November 6, 2025, at approximately 6:41 a.m., officers from the Camden County Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Chase Street in reference to a ShotSpotter activation.  Upon arrival, officers located an unconscious gunshot victim – identified as 26-year-old Premire Wilson of Camden – on the porch of a residence.  The victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 7:25 a.m. The investigation is active and ongoing.

Two Men Fatally Shot in Bordentown Township

Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Bordentown Township Police Department Officer-in-Charge Lt. Frank Nucera III announced that two people were fatally shot late last night outside of a Bordentown Township convenience store.

Police were called to the 7-Eleven/Valero gas station at the intersection of Route 130 north and Farnsworth Avenue at approximately 11:30 p.m. after a man who had been shot in the parking lot walked inside and requested assistance.

The victim, a 22-year-old man, collapsed outside and died. A second shooting victim, a 21-year-old male, died after being taken to a Trenton hospital. The names of the victims are being withheld at this time.

Philadelphia Police Report the Following Incidents

The following information is preliminary and subject to change as investigations continue. Updates will be provided as they become available.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., officers in the 14th District responded to reports of a shooting in the 7100 block of Stenton Avenue. Upon arrival, police located a 25-year-old malesuffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by Medic 33 to Albert Einstein Medical Center for treatment. The scene remains active, and no arrests or motive have been established at this time. The investigation is being handled by the Shooting Investigation Group.

Earlier in the morning, at approximately 4:09 a.m.35th District officers licared a 32-year-old male gunshot victim and a female sitting inside a red Dodge Charger in the parking lot of the district headquarters at 5932 N. Broad Street

Philadelphia Police Statement “Guns Down, Gloves Up” Investigation

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin J. Bethel has suspended five active-duty police officers for 30 days with the intent to dismiss following the filing of criminal charges stemming from their alleged improper participation in a City grant-funded youth boxing initiative known as Guns Down, Gloves Up.

The officers are accused of receiving payment from the program while simultaneously being compensated by the City as Philadelphia Police Officers; in some cases, during their scheduled working hours. The charges follow an extensive PPD Internal Affairs and District Attorney’s office investigation into the program’s operations.

In total, five active-duty officers have been dismissed, and four additional individuals, including former Captain Nashid Akil and former Police Officers George Gee, Robyn Gee, and LaCarmela Fortune, retired from the Department prior to the filing of criminal charges.

Investigation into Shooting of Police Officer and Suspect in Camden

Camden, NJ – A police officer and a suspect were injured during a shooting incident in Camden last night, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

On November 4th, 2025, at approximately 10:50 p.m., officers from the Camden County Police Department were attempting to conduct a pedestrian stop with an adult male – later identified as 25-year-old Marques Jones of Camden – near Chesapeake Road and Congress Road.  During that time, Jones pointed a handgun in the direction of an officer and fired multiple gunshots. The officer was struck once by gunfire in his left arm.

Wanted: Suspect for Aggravated Assault in the 9th District [VIDEO]

Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video and photos.

On November 1, 2025, at 1:20 am, the victim, a 22 year-old-male, was assaulted by the suspect in the area of 600 Chestnut St striking the victim in the face/head area.
