Detectives Investigating Shooting in Winslow Township

Winslow Township, NJ – Detectives are investigating the shooting of a teenager in Winslow Township last night, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Winslow Township Police Chief Donald Lemons.

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at approximately 9:42 p.m., officers from the Winslow Township Police Department responded to the 100 block of Erial Road in the area of the New Brooklyn Park for a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, officers located one victim – a 16-year-old male – suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital in critical condition.

The investigation is active and ongoing. No further information is being released at this time. Philadelphia PD Investigating Murder

The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a critical shooting in the 3rd District. At approximately 11:12 a.m., on Monday, October 6, officers responded to the 13XX Reese Street for a shooting of a 39-year-old male inside that location. The victim was transported to Jefferson -Center City Hospital in critical condition. At this time, there is no arrest or motive. The investigation is ongoing with the Shooting Investigation Group.


Philadelphia Police Investigating Murder of 24-Year-Old Male October 6

The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the 22nd District. At approximately 11:43 a.m., on Monday, October 6, officers responded to the 2900 block of West Gordon Street, where a 24-year-old male was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:04 p.m. The scene was secured by police. At this time, no arrests have been made, and a motive has not been determined. The investigation remains active and ongoing with the Homicide Unit. This information is preliminary and subject to change as updates become available.

Armed Home Invasion, Abduction, and Officer-Involved Shooting Under Investigation

PHILADELPHIA — The following information is preliminary and subject to change. Updates will be provided as they become available. Thank you and have a good day.

In the early hours of Saturday, October 4, 2025, a home invasion and abduction incident unfolded on the 2100 block of Princeton Avenue, leading to a multi-location police response. 

Preliminary investigation reveals that the complainant and his family were confronted by armed individuals shortly after arriving home. 

The suspects forced their way inside, restrained the victims, and stole personal belongings before abducting two family members at gunpoint. The victims were transported to a second location, where the suspects continued their criminal actions and inflicted physical harm.

While in South Philadelphia, police attempted to intervene, resulting in a confrontation on the 2000 block of Albright Street. During the encounter, an officer discharged his firearm, but not injuring anyone. 

The armed suspects fled the scene on foot and remain at large. The victims were freed by responding officers and treated for their injuries. 

The investigation is ongoing with the OIS Unit.

Wanted: Suspect for Shooting Incident in the 39th District [VIDEO]

The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following video.

On September 21st, 2025, 39th District Officers responded to a 911 call for a large crowd and shooting at the-intersection of Bristol Street and Germantown Avenue. Responding officers located an 18 year old male suffering from two gunshot wounds to his left leg. The victim  was later listed in stable condition.

  • Suspect Description: Black or Hispanic male with light complexion wearing a black balaclava style mask, gray hooded sweatshirt, black shorts with small white logo on left thigh, white Under Armour sneakers with black trim and a bandaged left hand.

HSI-led operation leads to arrests in criminal sex trafficking

DALLAS — Homeland Security Investigations Dallas, with assistance from federal, state and local law enforcement, executed a criminal search warrant for suspected human trafficking and unlawful employment at the Chicas Bonitas Cabaret in Dallas Sept. 26.

Forty-one illegal aliens, including 29 suspected of illegally working at the club, were taken into custody by the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office for administrative immigration violations. Approximately $30,000 in U.S. currency and various business records were seized by HSI Dallas as part of their ongoing criminal investigation into the business.

“HSI Dallas is committed to eradicating the vile scourge of sex trafficking from our local communities,” said HSI Dallas Special Agent in Charge Travis Pickard. “Working in conjunction with our federal and local partners and leveraging HSI’s unique investigative authorities, we were able to disrupt the suspected trafficking operation at this cabaret and are working to identify potential victims.”

ICE continues to process aliens who were arrested during the operation, but at least five have been convicted of criminal offenses after illegally entering the U.S. and one has illegally entered the country at least 10 times including:

  • Juan Carlos Salas Medina, a 30-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, who has illegally entered the U.S. 10 times and been convicted of aggravated assault of a family member, possession of a controlled substance, and DUI.
  • Julios Cesar Martinez, a 47-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, who has been convicted three times for assault causing bodily injury and DUI.
  • Victor Manuel Manzano-Ramirez, a 47-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, who has illegally entered the U.S. twice and been convicted of DUI.
  • Gustavo Rojas-Garda, a 44-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, who has been convicted of DUI.
  • Genaro Diaz-Perez, a 44-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, who has been convicted of prostitution.

Law enforcement agencies that supported the operation included the Dallas Police Department, the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigative Division.

Philadelphia Police Homicide Investigation

The Philadelphia Police are investigating a homicide in the city’s 24th District. Officers responded to the 3000 block of Kensington Avenue at approximately 7:43 p.m. for a report of a shooting. An adult male victim was transported by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:01 p.m. The scene was secured, and the Homicide Unit is leading the investigation. No arrests have been made, and a motive has not been determined.
