Aileen (nee Kelly) Marchese died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on December 5, 2007 at the age of 80. Born and raised in Gloucester City she formerly resided in Bellmawr before moving to Blenhein.
Loving and devoted wife of 59 years to Nicholas Marchese, Sr. Devoted mother of Karen (George) Cornell, Linda (late John) Collaretti, Nancy (John) Albright, Nicholas (Janice) Marchese, Jr., Steve Marchese, Terry (Joe) O\’Hanlon, and Michael (Beth) Marchese. Loving grandmother of Lisa (Jeff), Matthew, Andrew, Nicole (Jason), Chris, Toni, Kristin, Lauren, Patrick, Kevin, Caitlin, Shannon, Bella and Jake and loving great-grandmother of Victoria and Alexandria.
Mrs. Marchese is the mother of Gloucester City Councilman Nickolas Marchese Jr.
Dear sister of Patricia (Jack) Avis and her late sisters; Alice Johnson, Edna Radlinger, Grace McCann, Gertrude Murphy, Rosemary Ross, Theresa Jones and Florence McGuigan.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her viewing on Sunday evening from 6 to 9 pm and Monday morning from 10 to 11 am at Saint Mary\’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11:00 am in the Church.
