I am requesting an extension to complete redaction of the Executive Minutes. I anticipate this to be complete tomorrow. I will forward at that time as well as the cost associated with this request. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Would an extension until Friday, March 20, 2009 be sufficient? Please advise.
Also, I seek some clarification on the manner in which you responded to ¶¶ 1 through 3 of my records request.
In ¶ 1, I asked for the non-exempt portion of the first official e-mail sent by Councilman John Hutchinson after 12:01 a.m. on February 23, 2009. In response, you supplied me with an e-mail sent on February 23, 2009 from [email protected] to [email protected] (a copy of this email is attached for your ready reference).
