My son, Jesse Wicker, is doing a fundraiser for Jump Rope for Heart. He is very excited about being able to do something that helps others. I do encourage my kids to participate in charities to teach them human kindness and compassion.
I would appreciate anyone that would be interested in donating to his fundraiser to stop by his webpage and donate. Last year he was very disappointed that only a few donated. Jump roping is hard for him because of the coordination skills that he lacks. But he did try very hard last year to thank the ones that donated and sponsored him.
I want him to know just how many do care. He has a hard time approaching people on this because of the autism and we were pleased to see that it was offered online now and that helps him in his goal.
If you have a moment please stop by and donate to the cause. It is sponsored by the American Heart Association.
Here is the link to his page.
