Brooklawn remains undefeated in tournament play. Saturday the Brookers will play a 5 PM game against Midland, Michigan the Great Lakes Division winner, sponsored by Berryhill Post 165. Midland beat Eden Prairie, MN earlier today.

Incidentally, the 15 -16 year old Brooklawn Junior Legion team is playing in New Bedford, Mass for the Northeast Championship this evening. The Young Brookers are unbeaten in Legion play this year and are currently beating Sudbury, Mass (the Mass. representative) 12 – 2 in the 4th. With a win the Brookers advance Saturday to play the winner of Conn. vs Maine winner. This is a single elimination tourney.
