Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle reported an arraignment for an Elk Township man charged in a Gloucester Township Homicide.
Superior Court Judge Lee Solomon ordered Timothy Donnelly, M/46, of Elk Township, held on $1.5 million bail Wednesday afternoon on charges of Murder, Felony Murder and Armed Robbery. This was Donnelly’s first appearance in a New Jersey court since he was charged earlier this month. He had been receiving treatment at a veterans hospital for psychiatric issues in Coatesville, PA, at the time he was charged.
