DOVER DELAWARE – – As the summer season slowly fades and an autumn chill returns to the air in Delaware, thousands of migrating raptors will travel south over Delaware on their way to warmer winter climates. Each fall, First State raptor enthusiasts rejoice as they return to Delaware’s two established raptor migration monitoring sites, or hawk watches, to observe and count these hawks, falcons, eagles, ospreys, and vultures as they pass by.

These technologies have been developed to enable phone carriers to identify and block unwelcome sales calls at their customers\’ request.

However, some phone carriers have allegedly not implemented this technology, in part because they believe that federal law prevents carriers from blocking calls on their consumers\’ behalf. Some examples of these technologies include NoMoRobo, Call Control, and Telemarketing Guard.

The Quest Diagnostics Drug Testing Index (DTI) shows that the positivity rate for 7.6 million urine drug tests in the combined U.S. workforce increased to 3.7 percent in 2013, compared to 3.5 percent in 2012. The relative increase of 5.7 percent year-over-year is the first time the positivity rate for combined national workplace urine drug tests has increased since 2003. Quest Diagnostics has analyzed annual workplace drug testing data since 1988.
