Bail requests denied in US government car theft & arson

 The act of arson was \”an obvious danger\” to personnel called to extinguish the fire in the vehicle that had been driven into a wooded area off the New Jersey Turnpike on 10/4/14, Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Alec Gutierrez told Judge Paul Porreca in opposing lower bail for Richard F. Boyce (DOB 12/4/95). 

Arrested with Boyce was Jonathan A. Moe (DOB 3/189/91).
