Pittsburgh heroin traffickers arrested in Altoona

HARRISBURG – Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane announced the arrest of two alleged upper-level heroin dealers from Pittsburgh following a controlled purchase of heroin with an estimated street value of $7,500.

On Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, two suspects from Allegheny County, siblings Trayvon Dionte Ellis and Delfonte Donald Ellis (photos below), were arrested in Altoona after officers from the Blair County Drug Task Force arranged a controlled purchase of six bricks or 300 bags of heroin.
