HADDON TOWNSHIP NJ–For 32 seconds on Saturday, September 27, 2014, at the Haddon Township Festival, there was some excitement in the First District Congressional Race between Democrat candidate Donald Norcross and Republican candidate Gary Cobb.
The brief encounter between the two men was captured on video.
The film begins with Cobb approaching Norcross and asking him for a debate on the issues. Norcross, with a big smile on his face shakes Cobb’s hand, and says, \”What part don’t you understand? I’m (unclear). Cobb says, \”He doesn’t want to debate me.\” Norcross puts his arm around Cobb, and with his right thumb pointed in the air smiles like a Cheshire cat. Norcross proceeds to walk away and says, \”Peace brother.\” Cobb looking at the camera responds, \”See he doesn\’t want to debate me. He\’s running away.\”
Seconds later an unidentified person asked Norcross if he was willing to answer some questions about his brother, Democrat political boss George Norcross?
