On November 16, 2014 at approximately 2:19 PM, the Gloucester Township Police were called to a home on Chews Landing Road to investigate the report of a suspicious vehicle. The father of two juvenile females reported that an older model, white, Ford Conversion van had stopped on the roadway near where his young daughters were playing in a field adjacent to their residence.
The father noticed the van as he was in his garage and started to approach the van when the van abruptly left the area. The caller reported that the van was all white, with blue trim, dark tinted windows and possibly having New Jersey License plates. The van was reported to be occupied by two white males that had gestured to the juveniles before seeing the male and then left the area on Chews Landing Road towards Somerdale Road.
ADDITIONAL: A composite sketch of the driver was completed by an Agent with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
The van is further described as an older model, possibly late 90’s, white Ford Conversion van with dark blue trim and a blue spare tire cover. It may be missing paint or have rust spots above the passenger side window. The NJ registration had the two characters \”X\” and \”L.\”
