The Defense Granted Another Continuance:Next Court Date July 23rd for the Philadelphia Commonwealth vs Nathaniel Maybin Jr. Case

 Woods was rendered totally disabled as a result of the vicious attack. A Gloucester City resident, he was the former owner of Day or Night Door Service.

Six weeks ago, at the May 28 proceedings, Sagot produced a videotape shortly before the case was to begin. The defense claimed the tape shows his client was in a different part of the city when the attack occurred. Judge Sean Kennedy who is presiding over the ligation granted Sagot’s request as it was a possible alibi for his client. The continuance also gave the prosecution the chance to review the new evidence.
