Egg Harbor man arrested for promoting prostitution of a minor

Woodbury, NJ – Amir A. Vaughan, 25, of Egg Harbor Township, was charged by
criminal complaint with first-degree promoting prostitution and first-degree
endangering the welfare of a child today, Prosecutor Andrew B. Johns announced.
According to documents filed in this case:
On Dec. 10, 2025, a minor victim reported to the Franklin Township Police Department
she was forced by a man named “Kyro” to perform sexual acts with adult men on four
