GROVES, DOROTHY F.
(Nee-Shaw) On September 4, 2007, she joined her sweetheart George in Heaven, of Audubon, NJ. Age 88 years.
Beloved wife of the late George W. Groves, Jr. Dear mother of David E. (Lynn) of Deptford, NJ, George W., III (Barbara) of Williamstown, NJ and Dorothy F. Groves of Audubon, NJ. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Gladys Caldwell of Delmar, MD, a brother-in-law, William Boyd of Virginia Beach, VA and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Groves was a 65 year member of the Audubon United Methodist Church and a member of the Haddon Heights Ambulance Corps Auxiliary. She devoted her life to her church and serving others. She especially loved children and giving love to others.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday Evening 7:00-9:00 PM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ. Funeral Service Friday 10:00 AM at the Audubon United Methodist Church, Wyoming & Graisbury Aves., Audubon, NJ 08106. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
