TCNJ WOMEN\’S BASKETBALL TEAM TO PLAY FOR TOURNEY TITLE

Arlington, VA. The College of New Jersey women\’s basketball team moved
into the championship game of the Marymount Tip-Off Classic as the Lions
won their second straight game of the tournament on Saturday beating
Denison University, 66-53.

The Lions were once again paced by junior center Hillary Klimowicz (Scotch
Plains, NJ/Scotch Plains-Fanwood) as she finished with 22 points and eight
rebounds. Klimowicz connected on 8-for-14 shooting from the floor.

TCNJ also had plenty of support as freshman Kelsey Kutch (Hillsborough,
NJ/Hillsborough) had her second straight double-figure performance
finishing with 16 points and added seven rebounds. Sophomore Alex Gregorek
(Mahwah, NJ/Academy of Holy Angels) came off of the bench netted a career
best 14 points and pulled down seven rebounds.

Junior Lisa Koch (Oakridge, NJ/Jefferson Twp.) once again was the catalyst
for the Lion attack dishing out a game-high six assists.

The Lion will play for the tournament title on Sunday, November 18 taking
on either the host institution or Gwynedd-Mercy College.
