Dominic S. Dellaquilla Sr., NASCAR fanatic, Especially for #24; Ex-Marine

p>One thing this Pop Pop enjoyed was searching yard sales for toys. He¹d get them working, spruce them up and enjoy the grandkids¹ smiles. He married Bette Jane in 1956 and settled in Swedesboro, except for winters when he fled the cold to Florida. He and Bette Jane attended all grandkids¹ baseball and soccer events, rooting for the home team. Dom was a NASCAR fanatic especially for #24, Jeff Gordon. He served three years in the Marines and was a maintenance superintendent for DuPont in Deepwater.

In addition to his wife of 51 years, Bette Jane (nee Bratton), Dominic is survived by his children, Michael (Susan), of Mullica Hill, Donna McDowell (Jeffrey) of State College, Pa., and Joseph (Julie) of Bellefonte, Pa.; a brother, Steven of West Deptford Township, two sisters: Rosemarie Edl, of Swedesboro and Diane McClintock of Pitman; and grandchildren Megan and Matthew McDowell, Stephen, Paige, Jordan, Joseph, and Jina Dellaquilla.
