Scup Board Increases TAL to 11.18 Million Pounds for 2009 Fishery

Alexandria, VA – The Commission\’s Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Management Board approved an increase to the 2009 scup total allowable landings limit from 7.84 million pounds to 11.18 million pounds, with the commercial quota revised to 8.4 million pounds and the
recreational harvest limit revised to 2.6 million pounds (after the research set aside was educted).

Ruth W. Voshell, age 86, of Audubon

VOSHELL, Ruth W. On February 1, 2009, after a long illness, of Audubon, NJ. Age 86 years. Wife of 46 years to Edward F. Voshell. Mother of Patricia O\’Drain, Barbara Horn, both of MD, Eileen Hall of VA and the late Melvin \”Sonny\” Johnson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Saturday 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave. (at Lees Ave.), Collingswood, NJ. Interment private. Friends may visit with the family Saturday 10 to 11 AM. The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
