Glassboro, NJ, May 4, 2009 – Sora’s Rowan Boulevard downtown revitalization project in Glassboro, NJ, is being honored with a 2009 Smart Growth Award from New Jersey Future, recognizing the project and its three principle partners, Sora Holdings, LLC, the project’s master redeveloper, the Borough of Glassboro and Rowan University and for creating one of the best development projects in New Jersey.
The annual Smart Growth Awards honor projects and plans that reflect the most forward-looking development and redevelopment practices across the state, with award-winners chosen by an independent jury of respected professionals.
