Vibrations Will Be Felt Throughout The City

The Gloucester City Environmental Utilities Department, Remington & Vernick Engineers and L.C. Construction have started construction on the City’s new $9 million water works plant at Johnson Blvd. and Nicholson Road. During construction you may experience pressure variations, or changes in water quality.
