Bellmawr School Board Honors Second Grade Author

By Chris Concannon

The Bellmawr Board of Education honored a budding young author at their recent meeting.

Member Jeff Brickner presented the September Board Award to Ethel Burke School Second Grader Shohag Kabir.

He wrote the book \”Mice and Squirrel\” on his own, apparently inspired by his extremely proud father, who himself is a writer.

Young Kabir got the idea for the book when he saw the animals chasing one another in a dream.
