Msgr. Charles P. Barth, 80, a South Jersey priest known for his happy and carefree attitude, died Sunday, died Feb. 7th on route to a fishing trip. Monsignor Barth was ordained in Camden in 1956 and served as Pastor of St. Peter Church.
