On 03/27 during the early morning hours, officers responded to a residence on the 400 block of Hunter Street on four separate occasions for numerous disturbances, fights, and underage drinking. During the course of these calls, the following were arrested: Brittany Tobias (19) of Maple Ave for disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol; Rick Pratt of said residence for disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, and maintaining a disorderly house, a 17 y/o male and 12 y/o male, both charged with obstruction of justice. Also the landlord of said residence was also charged with maintaining a disorderly house.
