Philadelphia Mayor Nutter Elected 2nd VP of USCM

If Re-elected, Mayor Nutter on track to become President of The U.S. Conference of Mayors in 2012

Philadelphia, June 14, 2010 – At the 78th Annual Meeting of The U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) in Oklahoma City, the mayors elected new organizational leadership. Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter was named Second Vice President. This means that Mayor Nutter, if re-elected, is on the path to be President of the organization in 2012. Currently, Mayor Elizabeth Kautz of Burnsville is President of the USCM and Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is First Vice President.
