A Funeral Mass was held at Emmaus Catholic Community, Sacred Heart Church, Mt. Ephraim, for Lena Czyzewicz, 82, of Cherry Hill, formerly of Mt. Ephraim and Camden, who passed away on August 1, 2010.
Lean was welcomed into the world by whistles at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 1928 and is greeted into heaven by the trumpets of the angels. She welcomed all into her home and greeted them with a cup of coffee, a sandwich or a pot of gravy. In 2006 Lena was Mt. Ephraim Sons of Italy Lodge 2362 Person of the Year. She was an active member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church.
Beloved wife of the late Philip W., Sr. Devoted mother of Philip W. Jr. and his wife Letty of Turnersville and Anna Mari Czyzewicz and her husband John Farinelli of Mt. Laurel. Adoring grandmother of Philip M. McKegney, Philip W. III, Robert and Christina Czyzewicz.
Dear sister of Nicholas, Joseph, Antoinette, Rose Marie and the late Felicia and Gina. She also leaves behind many loving friends and family.
Interment was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
