Dec. 29 Video of Gloucester City Council Meeting

Acting Gloucester City Clerk Kathy Jentsch chairs the December 29, 2010 council meeting held at 4:15 pm at the municipal building 512 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City.

In order to have a quorum Mayor William James and Councilman Nick Marchese, who were not present, vote via conference phone.
