SUPPORT CEDAR GROVE CEMETERY
As my husband and I celebrated our anniversary this year, I asked that we not exchange gifts. Well, he surprised my with a check to Cedar Grove Cemetery in my father’s honor. That gift really touched my heart, and I cannot thank him enough for thinking of how much that would mean to me.
More importantly, when we went to Mr. Emery Bittmann’s house to present him with the check, his reaction tugged at my heart even more. He could not have thanked us enough.
Mr. Bittmann has been caretaker of the cemetery for 17 years and is working on a fixed budget, and the cemetery does not have huge amounts of money to help with operations.
