Register Now for Governor\’s Surf Fishing Tourney

Mark your calendars and get your registrations in now for the Governor\’s Surf Fishing Tournament! This year\’s tournament is scheduled for Sunday, October 2 at Island Beach State Park and marks the 20th anniversary of this popular family event.

The tournament offers participants an excellent opportunity to learn more about the sport of surf fishing, while enjoying a fun day with family and friends. Anglers can also feel great about the use of their registration fees, as all funds raised are used for very worthwhile purposes. These include the purchase of specialized wheelchairs that provide the disabled and elderly beach access, surf fishing instruction programs and equipment, marine education and restoration efforts, and surf fishing access.

I’ll say this on behalf of unhinged crowd at Conservative New Jersey for whom the destruction of the Bayshore Tea Party is the pinnacle of their daily desires and sleeping dreams: they are nothing if not absolutely determined to ignore the facts and continue to weave a gossamer fabric of distortion, innuendo, insinuation and outright falsehood. Though I have previously dubbed these renegades \”Neo-Jacobins,\” I’m beginning to wonder just how dedicated they are the Conservative Movement in light of a recent Asbury Park Press editorial that excoriates the Tea Party Movement with much the same vitriolic fervor they have been attacking the Bayshore group.

He is the beloved son of James and Gloria Bennett of Gloucester City, cherished brother of James, Jr. and his wife Denise Bennett of Deptford and loving uncle of Jake, Chloe\’ and Lilah. Todd was a 1997 Gloucester Catholic graduate. He was previously employed by Sprinkler Fitter\’s Local 669. Todd was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending sporting events of his niece and nephew. Cairo, like most canine members of the elite U.S. Navy SEALs, is a Belgian Malinois. The Malinois breed is similar to German shepherds but smaller and more compact, with an adult male weighing in the 30-kilo range.

A major natural gas pipeline stretching across southern New York may be at risk of rupturing and poses a safety threat, according to a recent inspection by federal regulators.

The pipeline\’s owner, Millennium Pipeline Co., has reduced pressure on the line, lessening the risk of explosion, but there are concerns that its problems may extend beyond a leak spotted by workers in January.
