GLASSBORO, N.J., Nov. 1, 2011 – Community Investment Strategies (CIS), Inc., is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony today celebrating the completion of the first two phases of Whitney Crescent, an 80-unit affordable apartment-rental community on Higgins Avenue in Glassboro.
