NUTTER RELEASES STATEMENT ON PASSAGE OF PROPERTY TAX REFORM BILL

Philadelphia, October 18, 2012 – Mayor Michael A. Nutter released a statement on the passage of PA House Bill No. 1857, a measure clearing the way the way for the City of Philadelphia to implement the Actual Value Initiative (AVI), which will bring fairness, accuracy and transparency to the City’s long-broken property assessment process.
