Farabella\’s complete game lifts Raptors

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (March 22, 2013) – Junior southpaw Ryan Farabella (Vineland, NJ/Buena Regional) scattered 12 hits in a complete game performance to raise his record to 2-0 and lead the Rutgers University-Camden baseball team over McDaniel College, 5-3, here Friday at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational.

The Scarlet Raptors improve to 10-6 with their third straight win, while the Green Terror falls to 9-6.

Rutgers-Camden scored single runs in the first two innings on a sacrifice fly by sophomore first baseman Connor Hall (Delran, NJ/Delran) and a run-scoring single by senior leftfielder Nicco Esgro (Glassboro, NJ/Glassboro).
