Kenneth M. Lippincott, Jr., age 61 of West Deptford, NJ died Saturday, March 9, 2013.
A former resident of Gloucester City, Ken grew up in Philadelphia. He was former Scout Master for Troop 165 in Gloucester and also coached in the ponytail softball league. A quality control engineer for Lockheed-Martin, he also enjoyed playing the guitar. Ken was a Sergeant in the US Air Force with service at Minot Air Force Base in ND during the 1970’s.
Husband of Patti A.(nee Bohannan), he is also survived by his children Jennifer and Joseph Lippincott, his father Kenneth Lippincott, Sr. brothers Robert and Stephen Lippincott, sister Claire Lippincott, step daughters Shelly Franklin and Theresa Nelson, 5 granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family 9:30 – 11 AM Wednesday, March 13 at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Mantua, NJ where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. Interment will be in Fernwood Cemetery, Bridgeton, NJ. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com.
