Connections 2040 Long-Range Plan will guide planning decisions and investments 

(Philadelphia, PA) – The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) has adopted a long-range plan that will shape the Greater Philadelphia region over the next 27 years. With over 600,000 new residents and 300,000 new jobs forecast over the life of the Plan, Connections 2040 will help guide planning, investment, and growth in the nine-county region.
