HARRISBURG – A Blair County woman, who pled guilty in March to neglect of a care-dependent person, was sentenced this morning to three years probation and a $400 fine.
Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane identified the defendant as Marjory Koch, 44, 318 Lotz Ave., Altoona. Koch was originally charged in September 2012 with neglect of a care-dependent person. She was employed in 2011 as a caregiver at Warner\’s Home for the Aged, 1100 14th Ave., Altoona.
