Officers of the Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office on Tuesday (9/18) arrested Charles R. Cook (DOB 2/9/70) , of North Main St., Williamstown, during a motor vehicle stop, initially taking him into custody on active warrants and subsequently charging him with heroin possession with intent to distribute.
\”Heroin has destroyed so many lives and hurt so many families and communities,\” said Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean F. Dalton. \”As a result of the fine police work of our Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force, we were able to get this dangerous individual off our streets.\”
