GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP NJ (April 28,2014)–One adult and one juvenile were $\"User33450-1398687453-media1_45811b_240_143_PrsMe_\"$ arrested after officers observed them consuming marijuana in a wooded area behind the Woods Edge development off of Cross Keys Road in Gloucester Township, NJ.

Officers working an ATV enforcement detail, came upon Joshua Mecough of the first block of Berkshire Drive, Sewell, NJ and a 17 year old Juvenile male as they were smoking marijuana in a wooded area that is frequented by ATV riders.
