WOODBURY NJ (September 17, 2014)–Kenneth W. Barbour (DOB 8/22/56), of 3988 Tuckahoe Rd., Monroe Twp. NJ was found guilty today (9/17) of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, based on testimony that he hit his next-door neighbor on the head with a wooden stick on 5/17/12, opening a wound requiring 16 stitches.
Barbour was found not guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Superior Court Judge Kevin T. Smith scheduled sentencing on the weapons conviction for 10/31.
