NO CONTEST: BOOKER BESTS BELL
Senator Cory Booker will return for a full six-year term in the U.S. Senate after defeating Republican challenger Jeff Bell yesterday. Bell only managed to scrape together $400,000 for his campaign – compared to Booker\’s $17 million – and was never considered a serious threat to the former Newark mayor. In fact, every New Jersey incumbent won reelection.
