DELAWARE FISH AND GAME ENFORCEMENT BLOTTER DEC. 1-7

 

Reminder for the week: Hunters urged to be aware of other hunters, take weather precautions

 

DOVER (Dec. 12, 2014) – To achieve public compliance through education and enforcement actions that help conserve Delaware’s fish and wildlife resources and ensure safe boating and public safety, DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Enforcement Natural Resources Police officers between Dec. 1-7 made 882 contacts with anglers, hunters, boaters and the general public, including 32 vessel boardings for boating safety and fishing regulation compliance checks. Agents responded to 30 complaints and issued four citations, one of which was related to the C&D Canal Conservation Area and associated recreational trail, where there is an increased Fish & Wildlife Enforcement presence.

Missing Endangered Person Last Seen December 14 at Marcaroni\’s Restaurant, Philadelphia

On Sunday, December 14, 2014, at approximately 6:00 PM, the complainant, Vito Maglio 69 year \"\"old male from the 2000 block of Gorman Street was last seen at Macaroni’s Restaurant Lounge located at 9315 Old Bustleton Avenue. Vito is 5’5\”, 150lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes, and short gray hair; last seen wearing black pants, a black suit jacket and black shoes.

Vito suffers from several medical conditions requiring medication.
