GENERAL INFORMATION

Modern, regulated trapping is used to manage habitat, monitor and control animal populations, protect and reintroduce endangered species, protect public and private property and conduct research. It is a technique for sustainable, consumptive use of the wildlife resource. \"YoungIn New Jersey there are trapping seasons for beaver, otter, mink, muskrat, eastern coyote, fox, opossum, raccoon, skunk and weasel.

In New Jersey, a Trapper Education course must be passed and a trapping license obtained to trap in the state. To use a snare a person must first pass a Fish and Wildlife-approved trapper education course which includes use of snares and carry on their person appropriate documentation thereof. A person must be at least 12 years of age. When offered, course announcements will be posted on this page (March/April and September – October).

All traps set or used must bear a legible tag of durable material with the name and address or Conservation Identification Number (CID#) of the person setting, using and maintaining the traps. Trappers previously assigned a Fish and Wildlife-issued trap identification number

Twenty years ago, the FBI began a program to help kids steer clear \"Audiosonic-1\"of drugs and gangs while learning core values that would make them good citizens. Since the Adopt-A-School Program was established in 1994, special agents and other FBI employees have volunteered thousands of hours to make a positive impact on young people around the nation.

The Adopt-A-School Program identifies schools in disadvantaged communities—where kids may face greater exposure to gangs, drugs, and criminal activity—and sends Bureau employees there to be tutors and mentors.

On his January 5 show, Letterman took a shot at the pope\’s new appointment of cardinals. The \”Late Show\” host pretended to have a video of the pope notifying a new cardinal. A clip was shown of Michael Sam, the failed homosexual football player, crying when he was selected in the draft to play in the NFL. Sam is then shown kissing his boyfriend. When the screen goes blank and \”Please Stand By\” is posted, an image of the pope and some crosses appear.

Sony Pictures Entertainment isn\’t the first corporation to reach out to the Rev. Al Sharpton for help with its image in the black community, and the New York Post reported Sunday that Sharpton allegedly gets paid to keep from calling the companies racist.

Sharpton\’s National Action Network has received hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past decade from companies eager to gain his support or simply to keep him quiet, the Post said.

Obituary: Mrs. Louisa W. Llewellyn, age 82, of Gloucester City NJ



Louisa W. Llewellyn, 82, of Gloucester City, New Jersey, passed away peacefully in her sleep on \"091707_1420_ElsieFowler1\"December 26, 2014 in her daughter\’s home in Orem, Utah.

She was born to the late Walter and Louisa Finger on Nov. 18, 1932, in Camden, NJ. Louisa graduated from Gloucester High School in 1950 and received a BA in Education from the Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) in 1954, qualifying to teach both elementary and secondary education. 

Following college graduation, Louisa worked for a brief time in Fairview, NJ, as an elementary school teacher until the opportunity came to teach at her high school alma mater, Gloucester City High School, where she was a teacher until she retired in 1989. Mrs. Llewellyn was passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students through education and was the advisor to many student clubs and organizations. She was always proud of the

It a continuing effort to limit operating costs, the Mount Ephraim Board of Commissioners (BOC) announced several resolutions that would help the borough control their day to day expenses as well as continue practicing shared services agreements.

The BOC determined that it would be the best interest of the borough to purchase office supplies through Office Basics, Incorporated of Boothwyn, PA through the Camden County Cooperative Pricing System for the next two years at 74% off the catalogue prices specifiedin the bid agreement. Office Basics was awarded the contract following a detailed bid process with Camden County.

Mrs. Sandra M. Kolecki Sandra M. Kolecki, (neé Delp) age 67, of Woodbury Heights, passed away on January 3, 2015. Legacy

Sandy was a strong, outgoing woman who would do anything for anyone. She was known to be selfless and could make friends anywhere she went. Sandy enjoyed traveling, playing cards, was an avid reader and loved to cook, but her true love in life was for her family, especially her grandchildren. She devoted over 20 years working as a skilled interviewer for the University of Michigan and was an Economic Assistant for the Bureau of Labor Statistics. She was a member of Pitman Order of Eastern Star.

She will be missed by all who knew her.
