Formerly of Philadelphia, PA, Mrs. Ruggiano is survived by her husband Louis. Devoted mother of Elaina Ruggiero (Mark). Loving grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Josepo Acerbo, Theresa Celli, Angelina Jadico, and the late Anthony Acerbo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
