WOODBURY NJ (February 6, 2015)–The Fugitive Investigations Unit of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office today arrested Patricia L. Rainier (DOB 6/25/57), of Clayton NJ, for whom a bench warrant was issued when she failed to appear in court 1/12/15 on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and resisting arrest.
Rainier was arrested after she was seen walking a dog outside the Royal Inn in Glassboro and entering a room at the Delsea Drive motel. The arrest was without incident. She is being held in jail without bail.
Rainier was charged with stabbing a male in the chest on 9/12/13 at a Franklin Township residence. The defendant was a friend of the injured man’s sister-in-law, in whose home he was staying.
