Lindenwold Police Solve Two Armed Robberies, All Three Suspects in Custody | cnbnews.net

Lindenwold police have arrested two suspects in connection with a January armed robbery. 

According to police, on January 25, at 2129 hours a juvenile male reported that he was robbed of cash at gunpoint in the area of the 2600 Building Arbrowood. The victim described the suspects as a tall thin Black male and a Hispanic male. The following day a patrol officer working in the area observed two males matching the description walking in the area. Both males were stopped and their identities were obtained. They were released at that time without incident.

During the ensuing investigation, the victim confirmed via photo array that the two males who were stopped were the suspects who robbed him. 

The males were identified as Juan Muniz (44) of Clementon and Jarred Muchison (19) of Lindenwold. February 3 complaints were signed against both Muniz and Muchison charging them with robbery and theft. Muniz was arrested on the robbery warrant on February 4 and remanded to Camden County Jail default of $100,000 bail. Muchison was arrested on the robbery warrant on February 12 and was also remanded to Camden County Jail default of $100,000 bail. 

In other matters, 

Earlier in the week the Lindenwold Police Department arrested a suspect for the armed robbery of the Quick Food Mart on Berlin Road that occurred on February 11.

According to police, when they arrived at the Mart, the store clerk reported that a tall thin black male entered the store, pointed a gun at the employees and demanded cash. The male then fled from the store with a sum of cash and was last seen running down E. Maple Avenue. The initial investigation by Detectives quickly turned up a possible suspect. During the ensuing investigation Detectives confirmed the identity of the suspect as Romuald Turenne (18) of Lindenwold. 

On February 12 detectives signed complaints against the suspect charging him with Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purposes. The suspect was arrested on the warrants later the same day at which time he was remanded to Camden County Jail default of $100,000 bail. 

THOSE CHARGED ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE.
