MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED BY PHILADELPHIA COPS PHILADELPHIA PA– Thirty-six year old Randolph Sanders from 91XX Ryerson Road. Sanders was arrested Sunday, February 1, 2015, for the murder of 56 year old Kim Jones that occurred on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at approximately 9:16am, Police responded to a shooting on the 1500 block of 12th (at Jefferson). Upon arrival officers located Kim Jones unconscious lying on the highway suffering from a gunshot wound to the head; she was pronounced at 9:24am, on scene.
