CNBNEWS UPDATE MARCH 31, 2015: The Woods family was notified at 4pm today by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office that they will be asking the court for a continuance tomorrow. The reason they gave, there has been a new Assistant District Attorney (ADA) assigned to the case who needs to review the evidence. The new ADA is Kristen Stretz. We were told the continuance should be a \”short date,\” meaning it should be a matter of weeks, not months, before trial.
This isn’t the first time the Woods family has had a court proceeding postponed or continued at the last minute. It has happened numerous times over the past year.
