Pine Hill Police Arrest Suspects on CDS Charges and Possession of a Handgun

Surveillance & Traffic Enforcement Operation Results in
Seizure of Heroin, Crack Cocaine, Marijuana & Stolen Handgun

During the week of February 23rd, the Pine Hill Detective and Patrol Bureaus conducted coordinated surveillance and traffic enforcement operations in the area of The Greens of Pine Hill in response to increased narcotic activity complaints.

On February 25th during surveillance and traffic enforcement operations, a motor vehicle stop was conducted on Blackwood-Clementon Road. During the course of the investigation, the operator of the vehicle, Ishmael Grace age 30, was arrested for possession of Heroin with intent to distribute. A search warrant was granted for the search of the vehicle, resulting in the seizure of a stolen loaded Beretta 9mm handgun, an additional 118 packets of suspected Heroin and a quantity of suspected Marijuana. A total of 122 packets of Heroin were seized during the investigation. Ishmael Grace was charged accordingly and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of bail.
