Washington, DC – Citing his commitment to job growth, Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ01) railed against legislation that would fast-track a major international trade deal and limit Congress’ input on future measures impacting American jobs.
Voting against H.R. 1314, Norcross cited nearly 20,000 jobs lost in his district since NAFTA was enacted in 1994. Any legislation that would limit Congressional input on trade, he said, would be repeating history, a history that has not been kind to American workers.
