CAMDEN CITY NJ June 17, 2015 (CNBNewsnet)–Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Cherry Hill Police Chief Bud Monaghan reported a Cherry Hill man convicted on child porn charges faces a possible sentence in excess of 150 years in state prison.

A jury on Tuesday found 67-year-old Sylvester H. Chew guilty on 66 total counts. The charges include 37 counts for possession of child pornography, 13 counts for creating child pornography, 13 counts for invasion of privacy, two counts for criminal attempt to endanger the welfare of a child and one count for endangering the welfare of a child.

 Around 11:50 p.m., Officer Timothy Miller responded to the corner of 8^th and Elm to investigate a report about an intoxicated man standing at the corner of 8^th and Elm streets brandishing a gun. Upon arriving at the scene, Officer Miller quickly located the suspect – Craig McCargo, 23, of Camden.

He was also assigned to provide security for members of the Federal Emergency Management Agency at Ground Zero following the attacks and was exposed to toxic conditions for an extended period of time. His health continued to deteriorate until passing away on June 14th, 2015. The World Trade Center Health Program determined that the cancer he developed was a direct result of his exposure to the World Trade Center site.

Deputy Marshal Toro had served with the United States Marshals Service for 15 years. He is survived by his wife, daughter, three sons, and mother.
