On July 12, 2015 at approximately 3:00 AM, the Gloucester Township Police Department responded to 1634 Hollywood Avenue for a reported disturbance involving an active fight at a house party. Officers arrived at the home and encountered multiple subjects, who were argumentative and aggressive towards police failing to cooperate with the investigation.
Three people were eventually taken into custody for obstruction and all three resisted arrest. During the arrest, one officer suffered an injury to his hand and another suffered a leg injury. Both officers were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment and were later released pending further evaluation.
As a result of this incident Mark Hueftle, Jozlyn Crespo, and Nicholas Addezio were all charged with obstruction, resisting arrest and aggravated assault and remanded to the Camden County jail in default of a $10,000 bail.
