NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has issued Notices of Violation to 17 commercial autobus owners for failure to post public notices on the outside and inside vehicles about how passengers can report complaints and concerns to the Division. These commercial autobuses are commonly known as \”jitneys,\” \”commuter vans,\” or \”commuter buses.\”

TRENTON – Acting Attorney General John J. Hoffman announced that two men have been sentenced to lengthy terms in state prison for their roles in an international drug ring – allegedly led by a Jamaican recording star – that used the U.S. Mail and other parcel delivery services to ship multiple kilograms of cocaine from California into New Jersey.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The Coast Guard medevaced a 45 year-old man Sunday from a 39-foot recreational vessel approximately 44 miles east of Cape May.

At approximately 10 p.m., watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay received a mayday call on VHF marine radio channel 16 from the vessel Sea Robin stating there was a man overboard.

For the first time in history, the Democratic Congress will not allow an increase in the social security COLA (cost of living adjustment), YET voted themselves a \’cost of living\’ raise. In the midst of a serious recession!

This is NOT Democratic congress people\’s money…it is money the Seniors have paid into out of their own paychecks for all the decades they\’ve been working. In fact, The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation predicts there may not be any COLA for the next three years. They\’re robbing older people…like Chicago street thugs.

However, the per person monthly Medicare insurance premium will be increased from the 2009 premium of $96.40 to $104.20 in 2010 and to $120.20 for the year 2011.

Send this to all seniors that you know.

Remind them not to vote for the incumbent senators and congressmen in the 2010 and the 2012 elections. It\’s time to stop the madness…
